Loved this place.. Wish my fiance was still here so we could go bk.. Absolute beautiful place.
Staff is very nice and friendly. I like staying there because you are in walking distance to the hospital, places to eat, convenient stores, etc. The only thing I don't like about it is the sleep number beds. You can get a room without the sleep number bed but you have to request it and only one of the beds will be a regular bed and the other one will be a sleep number and for that I give them 4 stars.
The quarters are always clean. The people at the desk are very nice and helpful. No matter morning or late night they are always courteous and willing to do whatever it takes to help us out. They seem to understand what we are all going through and never have treated me or my companion with anything but kindness and smiles. It certainly makes our tough times a little better. The drivers are also the same. They help everyone with on and off steps and make sure that everyone is picked up before they leave the pick up spots. Compliments to them all. This is owned and operated by The Cancer Institute of America, if you want the best cancer treatment you can get anywhere the TCIA is it, if they can't help no one can. If you do had to get treatment there are 3 locations they will have you stay if you choose for them to and Guest Quarter North is the best of the 3 I think, but its your choice
